Lund visor
Has 8 bolt setup and bolts up to the cab. Making noises from being loose when at highway speeds. Very annoying! Problem is the holes have become rusted weakening the threaded surface on the cab which caused the bolts to loosen and not able to tighten. I tried using plastic anchors that expand and coated each hole with gasket maker before assembly. Worked great for a bit but problem is water will get between the cab and visor followed by freezing temps and pop loose.
Any suggestions on what product to use as a sealer and adhesive to fix this once and for all? Hate to have to take it off!

I used to build boats for a short time we used a urathan adhesive, sealent i think the name was bostick it was great stuff i think it would fix your problem. The only bad thing with it was if you had to take something apart that had been put together with it it usualy pulled the gellcoat off with it. Hope this helps
