Last summer my Lund Visor started to rattle a little so I took off the caps and tightened the visor down, being careful not to overtighten, as I was afraid I would strip the screws.
However after another long winter in ND, the visor is again loose, and this time, no matter what one of the screws won't get snug.
Try using a larger diameter fastener in place of the original ones or wrap the original screws with a small amount of teflon tape or other tape, this will create a tighter fit. If the roof has a headliner and the fasteners go thru change them to a bolt and nut with lock washer, if they used a body collapsible nut/shield in the roof you can drill them out and replace them theres a tool and kit available for doing this, they use that design for luggage racks from the factory on suvs and mini vans. Good luck.
