What brand spacers are they?
What material are they made of?
Did this just happen suddenly?
Were they installed properly? and was the spring seated correctly and properly?
Spacers are not designed for off-roading so that or something similar may have caused the problem.
It's tough to tell by the photo as you cant fully see the top side of the spacer or the view is just shadowed. Nonetheless i would remove the spring/spacer and make sure the spring isn't bent and check the lower seat as well. If you want to stick with spacers go with the top-hat style spacer. Top Gun Customz sells one that's pretty rugged, made of 1/4" steel and fully welded. This type basically extends/mimics the upper spring seat cone. If you off road with any reasonable amount of aggressiveness go with a full spring lift. And yes, toss the Rancho branded Ford crappers. Your shocks should be longer to compensate for the level/lift.
