header torque specs

anybody out there know the header torque specs for 05 f-150 5.4. thanks in advance, and hope none of you every atempt this project

Reagan, The torque specs on the Banks headers are 20 ft/lbs. on the heads. What brand are you installing? It sounds like they are a PITA to install. Let everyone know how they work. Thanks.

JBA, yes they were a sob. but im very satisfied. feels like i got better acceleration, and more response. also very happy i didn't go pay somebody to do it for, even tho it sucked
