Per the Haynes 1980-1996 ford pickups and broncos repair manual, the 302 (small block),
no distinction between carb and efi, the torque value for the exhaust manifold is 18-24 lbs. Check with your header manufacturer that they (yours) are to be torqued to fords specifications, of which I would think they are. Good luck.
