anyone know what may be going on here. 2000 4wd 3.0 flex. heater and fan are blowing hard and will burn you out of the truck like most fords but when I am accelerating down the road its almost like I shut the vents on the dash, you can still hear it blowing but nothing is hardly coming out. let off the pedal to an idle and after a second or two it will start blowing your hair back. accelerate again and it just blows inside the dash again. any thoughts? something in my vents blocking it off and on, heater core, I have no ideal.
I seen in a post the guy was having the same problem and his 4wd was not locking in too, are these vacuum lines linked to the 4wd as well as mine is not locking in either, but I think my 4wd has been out longer than my heater issues.
thanks for the link, will look into this when it warms up a little, its 5 degrees out today and I have no garage, truck does get warm hopefully it just wont get worse.
