Coolant Problems
I've got a 2000 Ranger XLT 3.0, and the last few days I've had a problem with the coolant pushing out of the recovery tank and all over the engine compartment. I've tried to bleed the system, but it keeps pushing out. I have the engine running, and slowly add coolant. I filled the radiator to about 3/4 full, and watch as it comes higher and higher, and out of the neck of the radiator. When I shut the engine off after driving it, I can hear the tank gurgling. Also when getting it up to operating temp, with the cap on, I noticed the upper hose collapsed. Any ideas? hanks guys.
