well I have done this is a quick run down. You will need 7mm(more than likely) 8mm 9mm 10mm also Philips screw driver couple flat heads for electric harness and the front tabs you need to start by ( I took the fuse panel off too) removing the radio I just bought the tool then there are 2 bolts going up in to off color trim surround Z (goes around gage cluster). as soo as you have those out you can pri that piece off and slowly disconnect all
once this is off I just started taking ever thing out the gauge cluster the a/c controls etc. now you also have to pri up on the 3 little tabs up front and you should have 2 screws per tab be careful not to break your windshield a long extension really helps out here. I remove the glove box by pushing in on the sides you will find 3 7mm screws on the bottem to take it out. for the trash holder remove the 2 screws pull out on the bottom and it will come right out then you have 2 vertical screws going in to the cup holder from the back the the 2 horizontal screw that you see when you pull it out. on the drivers side pri off the panel to find the side windshield defrost and disconnect the hose by tisting and pulling out. now you have two little screws that connect to you vent assembly up under the dash that are a mother to get out scraped up my knuckles on these and did not put them back in on the assembly. 7mm I believe next you have 4 10mm nuts to disconnect you passenger side air bag from the dash it is a small cloth and a nice plate of steel holding it on. make sure you disconnect the battery and a lot of this I waited till I got it out before trying to disconnect the wiring. I did not pull my steering column just dropped it and cut the piece under the steering wheel so I could pull the whole thing out. if you have any other questions shoot me a message and I will see If I can help take your time and take it slow makes it a lot easier when your not pissed.
OK guys I found it sorry I had to get my old portable hard drive to find it. I used to have everything on my company laptop, but I got a new job shortly after my post in this thread and no longer had the laptop. If someone can give me an email address I can send the pdf, I don't know if it can be sent through a PM?
EDIT***
I posted the pdf on mediafire. Here is the link.
