I am still mad his show got canned. It was soooooooo much better than DeMitri Martin's (which has another season).

I saw him live a couple of years ago when he was working up his stuff for the Christmas special...he's worth every penny to see live....

You guys should see this 67 F100 390 crossing the stage at Mecum right now...two tone copper and cream....friggin gorgeous....just sold for $28K

If I have that money, I would finish restoring my Firebird, buy myself a 1994 IDI Crew Cab F-350 4x4, with a $5 foot long. It is still a truck, but now one you are scared to use as a truck.

I would rather spend the money on other cars and trucks too.

You a fan of the IDIs too? I have one just like that, but its a 90, non turbo and extended cab rather than crew. Lariat 5 speed with a flat bed and big brush guard.

What year firebird?

I HAD a 92 F 250 ext cab with a SAS 60 swap, 5 speed, no turbo and a 6" lift. I had a U.S. Gear OD I was going to bolt onto it, but had to sell the truck for lawyers fees because my step son's dad tried to choke him. Priorities you know. Gonna get one again someday.

The Firebird is a 1968. It was my first car, and I love it. I swore I was going to be a professional drag racer one day, so I am now trying to make it streetable again. I realized I would rather have a nice cruiser.

The IDI's are just simpler to work on and the 92 to 97 is my favorite body style.

Thats the one thing I don't like about mine, its stock height makes it easy to get hung on stuff.

More of a job for your fists than a lawyer......

350 with a 4 speed? you should post pics!

What needs to be done to get it on the street again?
