The guy that drew it up can only be blamed so much - it still had to get approved and the concept made. It appears somewhere along the way, someone should have stopped drinking long enough to say holy crap - there are quite a few people to blame for this one.

go down the screen and below the show sig check box and some other stuff is the option under " Notification Type:"
I have mine set for "instant email notification".
