I don't have a diesel but I've only got one tune for my truck. I don't really see the need to have more than one or two. One for performance and one for economy if out on long trips and what not.
But then again, if you can...why not. Sometimes bigger (or more) is better. lol!
I've got a performance/tow tune which is one and the same. I'm sure I could get them to tweak it more one way or the other if I wanted to spend time with a dyno. But I'm not that **** about it.

Bobbie I just want the first hand experience of all the different custom tunes for these trucks. I can never seem to get a straight answer of which one is nicer for these trucks.
