Well these weather people down here can't get the weather straight we were only suppose to see the 70's one day last week and that was Wednesday and have been seeing it ever since (Not that I'm complaining) I just kind of wish I had my truck so I could have given her a good waxing and detailing on the inside.

Haha i agree. Maybe i should go become a weatherman...... I would constantly be saying " There is about a 80% chance of a tornado for the upper half of the nation so use caution when there is a .005 breeze imediatly search for shelter underground." LOL or " The lower nation seems to be experiencing rapid changing weather expect at least a foot of snow in the next couple hours" ( that being said in july) haha

The biggest problem in weather forecasting recently has been the shifts in the weather patterns that have been happening lately. I've been keeping an eye on the regional forecast discussions being posted by NOAA and it appears that the tried and true computerized forecasting models have been wrong more than they've been right. The NOAA people in our region have been pretty frustrated with the whole mess.

the biggest problem is that we are asking the weather people to predict the future. I agree it's fun to poke them and see how wrong they are but in the end it's a prediciton. I don't take any stock in a fortune teller and I put very little faith in an accurate weather prediction. They can get a general idea but anyone that's been around on this earth for a while can give a general idea what the weather will be like.
