no power to the diagnostic port???

Is there a fuse for the obd2 port under the dash?

I tried to run some trouble codes, and install a Superchips tuner today at work while Jody reflashes my Dp Tuner. The scanner wont power up when plugged into my truck. The scanner worked just fine on the two other F350's that were there.

Brings back the memories of when I lost an injector on a road trip months back...The shop said that their scanner must have just broke because it wouldnt work on my truck....

You were right Speedy, the #3 fuse was bad. It looked ok untill I switched it out for another 20a, and WAALAA!
Thanks for your help, now I can "tune" it....stock is just too boring

Welcome to FTE ! It is the same fuse as your cigarette lighter... Go under your dash on the drivers side and check fuse # 24 (I might be wrong on the number, but your owners manual will tell you which fuse number) is a 15 amp fuse for your cigar lighter and OBD II port. You would probably get a better answer in this forum...
