Find some Federal "HST" rounds.
From the looks of them, they are the same bullet.
I think the Winchester "Ranger" rounds use the same projectile, too.

"Black Talon". Winchester's failure at marketing, just like Sony and the "Betamax".
Incredible product. Terrible marketing.

I thought they were pulled because of the way they rip everything apart, not a marketing flop!! I'll check into it!! Thank you so very much!!

You are more than welcome!!!!!

The 'trick' is going to be finding boxes of 50 rounds.
Most of the ammo manufacturers (especially "ATK" - owner of Federal and Speer/CCI) are selling 20 round boxes to the general public, now, and reserving the 50 round boxes for law enforcement sales.

Same ammo. . . . just less per box.

Why??????? I can only guess.

Why the smaller boxes? ... Easy ... Higher profit margin ... Mark up the box of 50 by 15% for law enforcement but the boxes of 20 by 30% for John Q. Public ...

I just love the brick sales for .22 ...

No permit needed here in Alaska. But the court house and post office kind a like ya to leave it in the truck. Ex son in law was trying ta break my door in a couple a weeks ago so I called the Chief and when he got there I had the kid on the ground and the site on the back of his head. Chief said don't shoot him Papa ya know ya can't discharge a weapon within City limits. A model 19 S&W 357. Don't leave home without it.

Was at my favorite silver salmon hole fishing one time and is well known for black bear or it wouldn't be a good hole I guess. Old tourist and his wife came slopping across the creek and sent the silvers running. He asked if I was carrying cuz of bears and I said no it's for Old tourist that scare the fish away.

Hey ya jake. Naa not yet as after the divorce I had no place to work on it and could barely keep it in storage. Now am ready to bring it to the new house and the rear brakes when out on the truck I tow it with. But i will have it going for spring one way or the other as it has sat way to long with the new engine in it and has not even been started yet.

Don't know why you would want to do that again ~ But if you do, make sure she has enough teeth to chew your moccasins!!
