Is this possible

I am not sure but I thought I rember seeing some one do this. I would like to make my Ex a manual tranny if it is in anway possible and cost friendly. Also if in anyway possible is there a way to get rid of the elctric 4x4 switch and put an old fashion lever on the floor.

Both mods can and have been done. Not seen one with both though.
