I picked up a donor diesel truck to do the SAS for my DD gas 96 F250. I plan on doing a shackle reversal from sky on the front. I need to clear 36x15x18 inch tires and wanted to know if the 3" kit from sky would clear them. Also should I use the diesels springs, buy some stock gas f350 springs, or SD springs. I perfer minimal lift to clear the tires but don't want to cut the fenders on this truck.
I currently have a 3" reversal kit on my 84F350 with 86 F350 Gas springs and a 60 with 37" BFG's. With an 8ft plow the tires have not kit the fenders, but they rub the leaf springs due to the wrong backspacing.
