crazy guages
OK, I'm thinking I may have a ground issue or somthing. my windshield wipers will stop working, then if I use my right blinker, they start working as soon as I turn it off. my guages start acting up when I use my blinkers or my headlights. any ideas??

Could be something as simple as disconnecting the cluster connection and plugging it back in to fix your problem.
Or it may be a broken cab ground out under the hood.
With the years that are on these trucks, adding or updating grounds is not a bad idea.

ground issue
both negative battery cables are supposed to have pigtails attached to the radiator support and fender
there should also be a ground from the engine to firewall and another from the engine to the frame
