Hello all....03 Expy just started hearing a ticking noise under the hood and it seems to be coming from the right side of the engine compartment.Could this be somethin other than a rod?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mine just started doing the same thing. The other possibility is a spark plug working its way loose. Since mine is due for plugs, I will be replacing those this weekend for good measure.
Most like the exhaust manifold though. I wouldn't get too excited about it though, looks like a serious PIA to replace.

My quick bit of research this morning says that the job can be a pain. However, removing the innner fender liners provides decent enough access to the manifolds. That and the cost of a set of shorties from Summit at ~$150 will probably take me down the road to a set of headers for my truck.
