power window problems/ door panel removal
last night i went to roll down my window and i heard a loud pop and the window just dropped, so i searched around and found out the cable may be the problem.today i took the panels off and put in a new regulator. i dont like working in side the cab or on plastic b/c i always break it. i just wanted to say this was and simple task to do. i found a link with pics and this was done on an 2004 f150 fx4 supercab.

If time is not a deal look online for the part, i got mine at the dealer because of time which cost me $200!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had that problem with my old 92 way back when. Was able to glue things back together with epoxy that the glass shop by me recommended. It was all steel. Boy I miss that old truck as far as servicing it is concerned. Easier and less expensive to work on and the old girl did everything the new ones do.
