You are missing the 3rd letter of the ID numbers prefix, there are two different possibilities:

If E7TF-17C476-AB = Ford part number: E7TZ17C476A replaced by E9TZ17C476A which is the same governor as listed above.

Darn I should start pulling them from the yards and sell them on ebay. I paid 2.99 for mine.

I left the unit in and today when I was driving home from work I tried it again and the delays worked. After i was home a while I went back out and the truck was cold again the delays didn't work now. After I was deriving a bit and the cab got warm they started to work. is the govoner going bad and only making good contact when the unit is warm. Outside it is in the high 20's low 30's
