WIPERS DON'T WORK

Anyone having problems with the wipers not working at all? This B2 has the delayed wipers and they don't work at all. Fuse is good. Really don't need the delay and if I can by-pass it and get just the low/high, that would be fine. How would one do that?

I had a similar problem, replaced the wiper motor, fuse and some wiring and it worked...dont really know what was wrong but it got fixed.

might also be the wiper switch itself

i had the same problem. it seemed to be a ground issue. i put a piece of wire from a bolt on the firewall to one of the bolts on the gear cover of the wiper motor.

wiper delay ox

My wipers quit working after being turned on while they were froze down. There is a small plastic box under the dash on the right side of the steering colum , that is the wiper delay box, I replaced it and everything works. In order to replace it you will have to remove the covers from the steering colum and take the wiring harness loose from the wiper control & fish it down thru the colum, I believe the box was held on with two screws, kind of hard to get to basically laying on your back in the floor board w/ your head under the dash. good luck
