removing valance off new bumper?
i just picked up a new bumper from a local junkyard and its in near perfect condition, just one problem, the valance that is on it is broken.
there are like metal clips holding it on and i cant for the life of me figure out how to get them off. im planning on putting a valance on later on down the road money permitting, but is it easier just to cut these clips off or is there a special way to get them off?
