These are all really easy suggestions to fix the truck, anyone can do them.
I need to wire my EBPV open. I keep forgetting to do it, So stop reminding me. haha.
Mine occasionally closes, Not sure how. it is Irritating. I should rewire mine to a switch on the dash so I can control it, I woudln't mind it during warmups in the morning.

just a thought... as stated by my colleages, i have seen this problem on a buddys truck. ebpv was unplugged but the flap was slammed shut. i disconnected the rod and wired it open for a test and it cleared up.
