When i turn my truck ignition switch to the glow plug position. they come on for about 2 seconds then. Then the lights go dim and the dash does the same thing. Then i try to start it after that and it has no juice to the starter. But i have checked the battery voltage and and its sitting at 13 or 14. Any ideas whats killing this thing from starting or from dimming the lights?

I bet that is the GPs cycling, it could be till 2 minutes, the WTS ligth doesnt control that. Buy you have any other issue, because you should have juice to the starter, maybe this is bad IDK.
I'm thinking too much voltage drop at the GPR. Either the relay is bad, or the GPs are pulling too much. Try disconnecting one of the "little" wires to the GPR, then turn the key to RUN and pause for a few seconds. See if the lights still dim. Then turn the key to START, momentarily. Don't try to actually start it, 'cuz the GPs won't have lit and it'll have a heckuva time compression starting. You just want to see if the starter turns the engine normally. If the starter cranks, your starter circuit is most likely OK, and the GP circuit is more likely the culprit.
