Check out the June issue of "Mustangs and Fords." You can probably get it at your grocery store or Wal*Mart. It has an article about stroker kits for 385 series engines. I think you can get 550 something from a 460 and they're supposed to be working on a 577 kit. I'm not particularly into Mustangs, but its a pretty good mag for $10 a year for all the Ford stuff. I just wish there was a Ford oriented classic truck mag. I can hardly stand to look at Ch***s.

Stroker Kits

A couple of months ago Summit had an article about Ford strokers in their catalog. I have it if you want/need the details.

Stroker Kits

A few years ago Hot Rod magazine had an article on a low budget stroker, It had an offset ground crank, 300 6cyl. rods, and 400 chrys. pistons.
545 cu. good to about 6000rpm.
this was one of several engines that the guy ran in a 34 Ford drag car.
I'm at work right now so I don't have the issue here.
