yea... well alive at 25, i can do... i know some of the troopers that run it in CO from the race track... and so it wont be bad at all... rather that than a 4 point mistamenour offense. NOt just on my driving record but on my personal record too for a misdamenaor.
not only that, but i just want to be done with... ive worried about this for a while...

I would argue the whole language deal, and as everyone stated make a case for the road conditions and such.
On a side note, I used to have a big thing against cops, but here lately I have gained a lot more respect for them, because I have been pulled over a few times when a ticket would have been justified, and they let me go, and were polite the whole time. The DOT officer let me off a month or so ago when i had 38,000 pound tags on my truck with no DOT numbers, no CDL, no trailer plate, and one loose chain. Then I rolled into a speed trap doing 74 where it dropped to a 35 with no warning when I was out of town. Then I had one let me off saturday night for 53 where it drops to a 35 with no warning, and my insurance was current, but the proof was expired.
The only punk cop I have had was a Federal cop at the rifle range who was running his mouth to everyone, and talking down to about 10 tax payers over not having their pay slip on the rear view. We had a huge argument and then he left.
