1FT = Ford Motor Co., USA - Ford Truck (Complete Vehicle).
D = 5,001-6,000 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.
F15 = F150 2WD Regular Cab Pickup.

M = 1991 / Production Date: 8/90 = Assembled in August 1990.
K = Kansas City Assembly Plant.
A08556 = Numerical Sequence of Assembly.
The rest is kinda fuzzy for 65 year old eyes to make out. Some of it appears to be...
133" Wheelbase.
F154 = F150 2WD Styleside Pickup / 5450 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.
BODY Code = Too fuzzy to make out.
TRANS code E = E4OD or 4R100, Ford used the same code for both.
AXLE Code = 1?N
SPRING Codes: C = Front Spring Code / V = Rear Spring Code.
TAPE Code (5) = Used by Ford partsmen/body shops to figure out what the hell the stripe kit part number is.
It was a b!tch in the old days trying to figure out what the stripes were, cuz there were no codes, a gazillion different types, some weren't pictured.
DSO 53 = Kansas City Ford District Sales Office, where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from.
If you type the BODY & AXLE codes, I'll decode them.

Is there any vinyl on the door panels?
The second letter of the tu-tone paint color code seems to be an N, which would indicate silver, but the pic is a bit fuzzy.
And as I said earlier, my eyes are 65 years old...the lenses were R&R'd in the 1990's after having cataracts removed, but....
