Around here, we have a parts store that can crimp a cable together. I think somewhere in the $75.00 range. He's an older AutoValue store. When you get things cleaned up and readyn to assemble, seal the post to battery case with liquid electrical tape or Permtex HiTack. They remine flexible and seal the join against leakage which accelerates the corrosion problem.
There is a website I can't find ...custom battery cables or something like that that had them for sale for a reasonable price.
Not that cheap, but reasonable.
Several people in here used them and liked the quality.
I wish I could get all the information on my computer organized so I could find it when I need it.
I guess I just have to much stuff like site links saved.
