your probably going to have to find one from a car and possibly switch the tailshaft depending on if your t-case is married or divorced. i dont see alot of automatics for trucks.
do we? i was under the impression with all autos that you could change the tailshaft on the tranny and it could be made to accomodate either. he already has the correct tailshaft on the truck, i dont see why he couldnt use that one.

There are two different 1977 F250 4WD's.
One version is commonly refered to as a High Boy, the last one of these were assembled before serial number Y20,001 which occured mid-model year 1977.
All High Boys have a divorced transfer case.
From serial number Y20,001, there are no more High Boys, the transfer case is married.
