Looks good man. I really wonder how it handles/tows. Is it me or is the front driveshaft disconnected in the 2nd/3rd pic?

Great looking truck! It is the same color as mine so now I know what it would look like if I ever lifted it.

Sweeet and very clean looking. The about items that you listed are easy fixes. I'm also new and this is a must do for anyone in the Excursion Community. I have a 05 PSD with 37 Toyo open countrys and have been impressed. 40s are a tall order with a nice price tag I'm guessing. Throw a exhaust system and tuner on it. Enjoy

so today i put 2 new batteries, fixed a brake line issue, installed new shocks for the rear window and the abs sensor....

now i just need to get it aligned, fix the clock spring, fix the torn seat, re gear the rear end and buy new deaver 7" springs for the rear, install air bags, and do the F 650 dash mod and mount the air pressure gauges for the train horn and the bags on the dash mod

then after tat paint the tan dark metalic grey and get new black wheels

Lovin' the new Ex! Any chance we can get a pic of the AMP step down? I'm curious to see how effective it is with that lift. I'm looking to get a set for myself.

Sounds like you got alot ahead of you. I'm curious if the 05' headlight swap is a bolt in deal or a little mod is necessary? Mine is an 04' and I know the bulbs are different from the two years, so I assume you need new light sockets from the 05 as well?

^^The swap requires a bit of trimming behind the headlight assemblies and a rewire to accommodate the bulbs. Both are pretty straight forward.

if you just wanted to do just the lights you can cut your header panel to make them fit and you will need a 9007 to H13 conversion harness or pigtails to make the headlights to work... doing the whole front end requires a lil more work but its not hard at all
