Excursion Updates!!!

Hey guys i have made several changes to the ex in the last couple of weeks... this is the first time i had a chance to mod it since most of the money has went to fixing some electrical issues it had after i bought it in Dec(literally the following day..

oh and to make matters worse they broke into it 2 weeks ago and stole a bunch of stuff including my in dash navi/dvd player...

so.. in the last 2 weeks i have installed gauges, Alpine in dash navi, Harley headlights, painted the chrome grill flat black, painted all the tan black, added all my graphics, custom traction blocks from Precision Metal Fabs (blocks installed but still need to install the bars) and made a custom bumper for it

let me know what you guys think

oh ill also like to mention that the next bumper will have 4" wholes for offroad lights and an optional baja/ light bar

well the next version will be a lil different but im not planning on makeing them accept a winch.. the reason they look soo good is because they are almost the same size as a stocker and dont come out too far out..... if i added a winch they would have to come out at least 3"...

next version will have the D hooks, 4" lights, and a baja bar

nope.. its not linex.. the bumper is linexed but the sides have a spray on bed liner thing in a spray can.... i have used this for years on bumpers and everything and as long as you prep it right it holds up very well....

mask everything off, sand, primer, wet sand, then the liner.....

prob eventually... im starting a new business just for the bumpers so its not tied into the stealth business.... 4wheelparts is interested in selling them but a full production model wont be available until prob end of next month... i have some more tweeking to do and i have to find someone to laser cut them and bend all the horizontal sections.. that way the only welds are the vertical joints...

it will be much stronger this way and take far less time to make them...
