Morning Tony, Rob. This stupid snow is causing me all kinds of problems. I have a $250,000 calibrator box sitting in a truck in Omaha, and until they get the warehouse dock cleared, it's not going anywhere.

My brother-in-law owns one. It's a dog compared to the Power Stroke. He says if he would have had a choice, he would have gone with the turbo motor. But, the non-turbo motor is probably less maintenance dependant.

That may work out for you then Jerry. I'm not sure about fuel mileage with the non-turbo motors.

Woohoo all the way up to 20 here now!

I'm still tired from playing in the snow yesterday. Since my wife actually had a snow day too, she decided to reorganize the basement storage room and kept me hopping with "come move this heavy box/shelf/etc.".

jerry,
there not bad engines. the glow plugs are easy to get to. the only problem that i have seen is fuel leaks. on the return side.. they still have a mechanical fuel pump and an jection pump. and an easy engine to rebuild too. its like rebuilding a gas engine... almost. i think the fuel milage is up around 20 mpg...
