Morning Ray and all to follow. I'm still on vacation.
On Monday, took a spill on the front steps, and twisted my right ankle. If you can't remember, in May I had orthoscopic surgery on my left knee. It still hurts, and combined with a twisted ankle, I'm in rare shape. But, you know what? I'm still going deer hunting this morning.
The wife is having her veins fixed in her left leg this afternoon, so I'm hunting on our property. Maybe I'll be lucky and get a deer.
Any of you guys know of a good alignment shop? I try to avoid the chain stores like Midas and Town Fair Tire (too many horror stories)
Hmmm, can't say there is a timely way to discover that one went to a bad shop, other than to wait for the abnormal wear to show up on the tires.
My Ford dealership just called me today to bring my van in tomorrow morning.
Hopefully everything on my list will get done over the next couple days including an alignment.
When Quigley did the 4x4 conversion they gave me all the numbers for the resultant steering alignment, i.e. no longer stock E350 values.
So with the taller tires, I figure my dealership has to come up with a unique set of numbers to suit my configuration.
I wouldn't trust production shops like Midas or Town Fair Tire to take the time to tweak it out just right.

Rich, best wishes in a speedy recovery for the two of you.
