e40d slips when shifting.

e40d slips when shifting.
got a 94 with the old idi 7.3 in it and a rebuilt e40d. it had a trans code and shifted hard but i fixed that with an adjustment to the tps. on moderate to heavy acceleration when it shifts, it will slip a little into the next gear. take about 2 seconds to complete shift sometimes. there are no codes and fluid is full and clean. rebuild was less than 500 miles ago but company out of business so no warranty nowl.

I would install a shiftkit, they really make these transmissions shift better.

I like the little Transgo shift kit, its simple.

i was thinking since the fluid is not burned that i should go ahead and get a new valve body and shift kit. possibly sticking valves
