nice u-pull find (sorry no pix)

hi all,
took a road trip to denver today to check out the u-pull yards. stopped at the first one near my old house and found a sweet chrome front bumper sitting on a 65 effie. after struggling to get that last carriage bolt off (forgot the damn hacksaw), was happy to find the cost was $50. sure beats new repro.
the chrome has some superficial rust stains that im hoping will buff out. clean, straight. i'm happy!

I was at Martins way back in 1994. I just wish I would have had a trailer with me. I was on vacation and bought a 56 rust free cab and hauled it back to Ohio in the back of my S-10 pickup.
