bumper bolt ?s

hi guys and girls,
just picked up my shiny salvage chrome front bumper but the bolts were trashed. can i use stainless carriage bolts? is the chromium going to react with the stainless? are stainless bolts too brittle or anything like that?
any advice is appreciated. thanks

Stainless bolts will be perfect there. No worries. Polish up the heads and they'll look great.

Steel bumper bolts with a stainless cap are readily available from various vendors. If you choose to use solid stainless bolts be sure to use anti-seize on the threads.
