CCV mod
I purchased the mod and installed it. I couldn't find it in the directions, but witch way does the switch go.
At a three o'clock position or the down six o'clock position?
I have the CCV mod i from BD.
Thanks,
Al.

Yes, it is the drain valve that I was thinking of.
To confirm I should have the valve closed or open?

Looks like the drain valve. Open it periodically to drain the oil build up. The top cannister near the vavle cover filters the oil out of the crankcase vent and routes the clean air back into the air intake. The drained oil runs down to that catch can which should be drained every oil change.

Glad it worked out. After one year of having mine on the truck, I cannot be happier. I just inspected the scrubbers and they still look good. I drained about a tablespoon of oil out of the trap.
