Very wierd issue?

Very wierd issue?
Whenever my truck is running, and i go to role up the window the lights dimm and the rpm's drop about a hundred as well. should i be worried or does anyone have anything similar. Also, it does not seem to idle as good anymore. There is only 50,000 miles on it. It seems like it just has a little studder to it. Not too noticeable though. Can anyone help me.
