Idle grumble

When I start off or when I let off the throttle I get a loud grumbling sound as I soon as I give it a little throttle it stops. I'm kinda thinking it's the air cleaner vibrating. Any ideas?

Make sure there is a ring gasket on the intake, there is a rubber one side washer on the hold down and it is tight.

Also look at the engine block to cab clearance and the exhaust clearance to both the cab and frame.

Have you done any exhaust improvements, waaaay back there were problems with the OEM exhaust being misaligned on install and a moaning noise was induced.
