I had a buddy with the original loudmouths on a 383 in his chevy, it sounded friggin awesome....you could hear him cackle long before you could see him. I have heard some great reviews on the series two loudmouths, a bit quieter than the originals but very attractive sound. check them out at the link above.

:O that's still kinda espensive...considering i still have to get all new piping...but...i'll keep it in mind...it does sound AMAZING!!!
i have purchased a true dual kit for our trucks once before and when the time comes i will do the same again but with a couple of modifications. I bought a kit from hooker that is mandrel bent from either Summit or Jegs. You can get it 2 ways, either manifold dual or header dual, minus mufflers. Its affordable, easy to install and looks good. This specific type has both pipes exiting behind the rear passenger tire for a factory look.
Mine didnot but i choose it that way you can get it with the cat for X amount, Look at the laws in cali you may be able to grandfather your truck in, in washington you can do that if its an 87 or older vehicle you dont have to have emissions
no i live in coeur d alene, ID. but when i went to wyo-tech we had to learn laws like that. so you know were i live now, you gunna visit me now?
Yeah, if I ever take a vacation to coeur d alene. Which I don't really know why else I would go out there. Although I might have family out that way. I live about 2.5 hours out of Seattle.
well...truck passed smog testing...to my surprise...so...i think now that registration is up to date...i will go with dual SLP Loudmouth IIs...true dual exhaust with X pipe at 2.5" mandrel bent tube...total without labor should be around $425...to much?
