I am looking to stroke a 460 into a 500 plus hp 521 cu. in. EFI and don’t have much for engine building equipment. So I am looking for a good engine builder in New Engine (near Boston would be good but not a must). This way I can find out what it cost to buy vs. build this engine and possibly have them build it for me if the price is right.
So if you know of any good ones let me know. Also, if you know of one to say away from that would be good to know too.
Hands down Aubrey's Machine shop in Marlboro!!!! Talk to him, and do not go to anyone else... I cannot stress how great of an engine builder he is. He does Porsche work for me, I had him do a 427 side oiler out of a "real" 66 Cobra. A 360hp 327 for a split vette.
just call him and have him do something for you. No joke, super clean shop, excellent guy, and will never talk to you like your an idiot..
