Hi Jon
Still working on it, ran into a snag on intake side of turbo room wise. I am hopeful to start tuning at beginning of March.

So cool!
Cant wait.
If its affordable enough, I may consider it for my 5.4 on top of
everything that I have done.

I can't wait to see the dyno numbers, I really hope it will fit the under the E350s hood.
What kind of turbo are you using and how many pounds of boost do you plan to run Mike?

Well it's march lol .........

I have some questions

What are you doing about fuel , such as injectors , fuel pump , and fuel pressure ?
What are you using to return the oil to the motor ...something like STS uses ?
Turbo Size ?
Wastegate Size ?
And what are you going to tune with ?

I have been thinking bout doing this for awhile now

Howdy... March Madness is here...

Regaped plugs going in today along with adjustable fuel pressure regulator and new 39# injectors. Base tune will go in today as well... Still have some gauges to install too.. We are getting there just a little slow...

Small update

Had to reroute the intake back to drivers side as there was just no room on passenger side.

Now we are fighting a turbo oil drain back issue... Truck drives well boost comes on about 3100 ish rpms... Still not completely tuned yet. Will need to correct the drain back issue first.

Test drive felt good. Should tune out really good once we get some more issues corrected. Just easing on throttle at 3000 rpm boost rose and pulled strong from there on up. .

What are you using now to drain the oil back ?

Maybe you should call STS turbo and see if they sale their oil return setup alone ....??
