Asking the experts...

Save me a quarter, and the hassle of talking to some H.E.B used-to-be working the parts counter at my local Ford house... besides, it's another post for the Texas Chapter. Yeehaw!!

Question...

Can I still buy NEW 15" 5 bolt by 5 1/2" "factory" steel wheels to put on my '67 F100?

Dennis,

Not real particular what color they are when I get them, they'll be black when they get mounted I just want the original factory type steel wheels that I can put my dog dish Ford hubcaps on, and maybe some beauty rings... get rid of those funky mags it has on it. I'd like to buy new, instead of cleaning up a set of junkers. But I did go talk to the guys at the Ford house... they wanted a part number.

Geez!

Here's a truck that has the wheels pretty much the way I want mine to come out...

New would cost a fortune, if available.
I suggest the salvage yard ($40.00), a trip to the blaster ($60.00), a trip to the powder coaters ($150.00), anf enjopy the results (Priceless).
