Looking for a budget friendly set of headers.($200 or less) For a 360 in a 72 with a automatic trans. Summit has a couple of pairs, one set are hedmans. Anyone have any experiance with these?
Hedman been around for a long time, Have had no problem. Just bought summit headers first time for my 302, they seemed to be well built, fit perfect and with a low cost.
Just bought Hookers for mine from Summit. $199.
There the only one listed as a "tuned" header.
There not in yet as im just getting suspension back under it.
I'll post my fit findings when I get there....
I have used Hedmann Headers on a 351W, and was very impressed with the performance gain with them. I would highly recommend them. I would stay away from some of the Flow Tech stuff. I purchased a set for my 68 F250, and the were hell, the flanges were completely uneven, and there was no way they would seal unless I would have used in excess of three lair's of gaskets.
