what do you have, a V8 or V10? I have Gibson stainless headers on my 2004 F350 with the 5.4 motor and they were awesome for the last five years. Now for some reason the passenger one has a exhaust leak that i cant fix even after new studs and gaskets, im waiting for Gibson to call me back because they have a lifetime warrenty against warping and they are "suppose" to send me a new set of headers

best headers? a long tube header is best on any truck or car, problem is none makes long tubes for the 5.4 super duty. For the V10 Banks makes long tube headers but they are a little expensive but they give you long tube headers and a new high flowing y-pipe that is 10 times better then the stock junk
