HPOP Fitting O Ring Replacement
Leaking oil between HPOP and Fitting on my 99 F250 7.3
I have the 7 o ring kit on order with the Locktite 680.
Can I replace the HPOP and hose side of the fitting without taking the
HPOP out? Looks Tight!
Any special tools needed other than the filed down 9/16 special tool to remove the hoses?
How much oil is going to come out when the fittings are removed? Hand Towel stuffed in valley enough to keep it running down back of engine?
I have read the external o rings only take 2 hours to replace. Any Idea with the internal side also?
