Folks, I have been reading about all the spring swaps and other long work that can take a toll on the knees and hips.
I wanted to share something I recently found that for me, is a Godsend. It is a sort of padded skateboard for the knees. It is heavy duty plastic, and works like a charm holding up my 250lb frame.
When I saw it at the Grizzly showroom in Pennsylvania last week, I tried it out and was scooting all over the showroom. (keep it away from the kids or you wil never get it back!)
A bit pricey at $27, but I think it is worth every penny I paid in pain relief.
For my old knees I just use some strap on knee pads. It seems easier and they stay with me when I go from one position to the next. Cheaper to, and they are easier to use on rougher surfaces!
