Blackberry

Any BB users? I am using two numbers now - the first is my tough work phone (who everyone seems/needs to have the number) and my BB is my private cell number that only friends have. The two can be toggled to ring together in a manner that if I so choose to receive calls from my work phone on my BB, I can do that! I can also choose to toggle that feature off!

I have a Storm too - not sure if its as good as the Curve (I know a few guys who have used these alot and they seem tough). I am not sure why, but the BB cameras are better than phone cameras with similar MPixels. My brother has a Curve w/2.0 MPs and had emailed me some pics and they were very good. The 3.2 MP camera on the Storm is even better - I emailed some pics from the Stampede to friends and the quality was awesome!
The Storm appears to have a bit of a delay associated with the 'touch' feature but the keypad is the only one that works for my eyes w/o reading glasses and for my big fingers!

Thats the same phone I use as my work phone - very tough case. I know at least a dozen guys with these and the build quality is not as good as on the prior Sanyo military grade phone. My sceen blanks out and I have to take out the battery once / week to reboot it. A few guys have given up, put them in the shelf, and taken out their previous phone to use until eleigible for an upgrade. My coverage is pretty good, but a friend who has the same phone cant make a call lots of times while I am able to converse with mine -- very inconsistent quality ???
I wanted a tough little phone for work, and I still think this was the best choice for a no frills work phone, despite what the others are experiencing. Everything else appears to be a plastic toy!

i'm super happy with mine. i was a little skeptical at first, because sanyo is a little on the lower end of the scale for tech... so far so good though. super loud ringers and earpieces though, dustproof and shock resistant, which is pretty much what i need. the service is really good, though all i have to compare it to is a previous rogers service...

My wife (SWMBO) has one and it is her life blood. She was issued it for work but can also use it for personal use. Real handy at most times. Last winter we were in Montreal for a week on vacation.......road maps at the click of a button, check email anywhere anytime (useful when her and favourite daughter are trying on clothes), check the weather forcast etc. Also a pain when she keeps it one for work at all hours and notifies her of more work.
