#22 Engine Controll Fuse keeps blowing??

Hi Ford Gods

I have a 2003 6.0 F450 2x4

What could make this fuse blow? I found my wiring harness going into my trans loose with the bolt that hold the harness in broken off. Could a loose harness do this?

Are you saying it blows within 15 seconds, or every few days?
