Mark I know about backs. I have several problems with my back also. But I have to just keep plugging away. You learn to live with pain or the pain controls you. I decided along time ago to not let it control me. I have a friend that took the oppose approach & he went down hill to the point that pain pills took over & he ended up loosing everything. Surgery is the worst thing a person can do. I have never meet anyone who had surgery that is doing better after. Most ended up doing more surgeries & finally they were so disabled they couldn't function at all. I have several bad disc's plus degenerated disc disease, severe arthritis in my back. My hips, & knees don't work well a lot of the time, & sometimes I have so much pain I can hardly walk. So believe me I know all about it. I have dealt with it for years. My first injury was when I was 26 years old.
So take it easy do back exercises to strengthen it. learn to move, & lift in a manner that uses stomach muscles & others. Most doctors will help you get on a program to strengthen yourself.

Today I relax because tomorrow and Thursday I tackle the honey-dos. My parents get here Friday and leave Sunday, then Monday it's back on the road.

Time flies.

Beautiful here today mid 60s. I'll take it. There is suppose to be a couple of storms moving in but half the time when they make a big deal out of a storm like this one nothing happens or it amounts to about a small portion of what they say, so we will see.
Busy week for me also. Tomorrow have to go take care of some business in Lovelock. Thursday I have a horse to trim his feet. Friday Vici has two doctor's appointments in Reno.

tomorrow the truck gets an LOF,rotate & balance, plugs and boots, fuel filter, pcv valve
and belt & tensioner...oh yeah...and a bath.

Thursday I will be packing the truck and finale cleaning of the rental...

Friday I would like to hit the road about 6 am...hot shower, breakfast and load the laptop and a food, toss the matress in the alley for pick up and go go GO!
